1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Items returned beyond this period may qualify for a store credit if returned within 30 days.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: Visit our online returns portal at MadisonIsland.com/returns to initiate your return. You’ll need your order number and email used for the purchase.
- Return Label: A prepaid return label will be provided for convenience. Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- In-Store Returns: Items purchased online may also be returned in-store, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Refunds and Processing Time
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Exchanges
- Same Item, Different Size/Color: Exchanges are possible for a different size or color of the same item. Follow the steps on our exchange portal to request an exchange.
- Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email with tracking details once the exchange is shipped.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance. We’ll provide a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping fees.
6. International Returns
- Return Process: For international returns, please contact Customer Support. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Duties and Taxes: Any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable, as these fees are collected by the local government.
